Your tasks live on boards
Orble boards are where tasks float as orbs. Drag them on a physics canvas, set priority in the editor, color-code them, and keep each area of life on its own board.
First-run board presets
On your first launch, after a short tutorial — drag an orb, hold to complete, tap to edit — Orble asks what you want to organize first. Pick from Work, Study, Home, Fitness presets (Work and Home selected by default), edit name/emoji/wallpaper per preset, or add a custom board.
Each preset creates an empty board. You add your own orbs — no pre-filled task lists. This step appears once during setup, not when you create boards later.
Priority by orb size
Tap an orb and set priority from 1 to 5 in the editor. The orb grows on the canvas so urgent work catches your eye immediately — no re-sorting rows in a list.
Color-code orbs
Pick from 8 preset colors or use the full color picker with recently used shades. Build a color system that helps you spot chores, deadlines, or personal tasks at a glance.
Custom photo wallpapers
Set a custom photo or choose from preset wallpapers as the board background. A calm desk, a pet, a landscape — each board can feel like a space you actually want to open.
Move tasks between boards
A task landed on the wrong board? Enter move mode, select multiple orbs, and transfer them to another board in one action — no re-typing.
Repeat tasks on a schedule
Daily, weekly, or monthly repeat tasks come back when due. Add per-task reminders for extra nudges.
When you finish a task, hold to pop the orb. Track consistency with streaks. See visual planning.
FAQ
- What are first-run board presets?
- A one-time onboarding step after the bubble tutorial. Pick Work, Study, Home, and Fitness — Work and Home are selected by default — or add a custom board. Each preset creates an empty board with name, emoji, and wallpaper.
- Can I pick board presets when creating a new board later?
- No. Presets appear only during first-time setup. Creating a board later means choosing a name, emoji, and wallpaper yourself.
- How does priority work on a board?
- Tap an orb, set priority 1–5 in the editor, and the orb size updates on the canvas. Bigger orbs draw your eye to what matters most.
- Can I use my own photo as a board background?
- Yes. Pick any photo from your library or choose from preset wallpapers. Each board can have its own background.
- How do repeat tasks work on a board?
- Set an orb to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly. It returns on schedule after you hold to pop it for the current cycle.
