1) Overview & Privacy by Design
Thank you for playing Sloppio("App"), developed by Aleksandr Vasilev ("Oktopunk", "we", "us"). We believe your privacy is fundamental. Sloppio is designed from the ground up to operate without collecting unnecessary personal data.
- No accounts or registration: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide personal credentials to play.
- No advertising trackers: We do not integrate third-party ad networks, tracking pixels, or cross-app advertising trackers.
- No location tracking: The App does not access, collect, or store your GPS or geolocation data.
2) On-Device Artificial Intelligence
Sloppio generates game artwork and runs bot interactions locally on your device using on-device machine learning models (Apple Core ML and Apple Intelligence).
- Player prompts and generated images are processed strictly on your hardware.
- Your prompts and canvas drawings are never sent to external generative AI cloud servers or used to train public AI models.
3) Local Network Multiplayer (Party Room)
When you host or join a local multiplayer game (Party Room), devices communicate directly over your local Wi-Fi network (peer-to-peer / local HTTP server). Game state, player nicknames, and canvas images remain entirely within your local network and do not pass through external game servers.
4) In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (RevenueCat)
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment details, debit/credit card numbers, or billing addresses.
To manage subscription access, unlock features, and validate purchase receipts, Sloppio uses RevenueCat (provided by RevenueCat Inc., USA). RevenueCat processes anonymous app user identifiers and StoreKit receipt metadata in accordance with its privacy policy:
5) Application Analytics (Google Analytics)
To understand gameplay engagement, diagnose performance issues, and improve user experience, Sloppio uses Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google LLC).
- Data collected: Aggregated, pseudonymous gameplay interactions (e.g., game sessions, rounds completed, screen views), app crash diagnostics, app version, device model, and operating system version.
- No advertising tracking: We do not link analytics data with third-party data for targeted advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Privacy policy: Data collected by Google Analytics is processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy:
6) Customer Support & Feedback
When you use the in-app "Report a Problem" or "Suggest a Feature" form, you may voluntarily provide feedback and an optional email address. This information, along with diagnostic details (app version, iOS version, locale), is sent securely over HTTPS to our support endpoint (oktopunk.com) solely to resolve your issue or reply to your inquiry. Support communications are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.
7) Data Subject Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Because Sloppio does not store personal gameplay data or user profiles on servers, most statutory rights regarding data collection do not apply. However, with respect to any voluntary support correspondence, you have the right to request access to or deletion of your communication history by contacting us directly.
