Terms of Use

1) Agreement to Terms & License

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aleksandr Vasilev ("Oktopunk", "we", "us") concerning your access to and use of the Sloppiomobile application ("App").

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use Sloppio on iOS devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2) In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain features or additional content within Sloppio may be offered as In-App Purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.

  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the specified price and interval unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
  • Account Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device (under Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
  • Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3) User Conduct & Content

Sloppio enables players to input nicknames and prompt descriptions for local artwork generation. You agree that you will not submit prompts or content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit;
  • Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, or privacy rights of any third party;
  • Attempts to disrupt or impair the multiplayer party session or connected devices.

4) On-Device AI Generation Disclaimer

Artwork and bot decisions in Sloppio are generated locally on your device using neural machine learning models. Generated content is intended purely for casual party entertainment. We make no representations or warranties regarding the aesthetic qualities, uniqueness, or appropriateness of dynamically generated artwork.

5) Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Sloppio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aleksandr Vasilev or Oktopunk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

6) Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Sloppio following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
